We come to you with our 3rd newsletter. It is in Hungarian, about our training week in Italy at Agricoltura Capodarco social farm.
Dear visitors, here you can read about our September training in Agricoltura Capodarco. It is in English, but soon we come with the Hungarian version also. Enjoy!
This video showcasing Bercel and the first steps of the Social Farm being built in the village in Hungary. Why Bercel? Because our project partner WWOOF Hungary's focus is on Bercel in the last years.
Here we come with our newest newsletter, what you can read in Hungarian, and this is about our first short term training we took part at the very end of May 2018 in the UK. Our host was the project partner Ruskin Mill Trust, who is the owner and inventor of the PSTE method (Practical Skills Therapeutic Education). Please read and hopefully enjoy the text we wrote about our experiences.
Please read our news about the training we had in Ruskin Mill Trust at the end of May.
Soon we come with the Hungarian newsletter and we hope you will enjoy as much as we enjoyed that week in the UK, Nailsworth. ;)
Let me inform you that first time in our project a Focus group meeting was held in Gödöllő by our project partner, the Diversity Foundation. These events are important to provide systematic feedback throughout the project about the relevance and applicability of the intellectual outputs to key stakeholder groups, as well as a means of communicating the progression and the results of the project. The members of the focus group are professional and civil stakeholders. This 1st focus group meeting was focused on the farm management experiences with disabled and/or disadvantaged people. Stakeholders who took part are:
Értelmi Sérültek Gyöngyház Egyesülete
Miskolci Autista Alapítvány
Nefelejcs Értelmi Fogyatékosok Napközi Otthona
Farm Alapú Nevelésért Egyesület
Tiszasas Község Önkormányzata
Szociális Farm Szövetség
In January we posted our first project newsletter and successfully spreaded out via our Hungarian relations. If we couldn't reach you, please read it via this channel. Enjoy!
As we promised we are back and let you know some details about the kick-off meeting, which was successfully completed at the end of November. As it was expected, all the participants were really excited about the idea to take part in this inspiring project, and they were looking forward to the project partners presentations. We tried in practice the method to be taken from the English project partner (Ruskin Mill Trust) and explored the spirit of the place with the help of our host partners (WWOOF Hungary and the Eco Small Community of Bercelszeg) and the local patron Kinga Petro de Chalendar. If you are interested in the details please have a look at the meeting minutes and the attached photos.
